A custom-built mobile application integrated with the ERP system to optimize the client’s end-to-end sales and delivery workflow. The solution connects sales representatives, dispatch teams and delivery drivers on a single platform to ensure faster order fulfillment, accurate payment reconciliation and real-time operational transparency across the entire distribution network.

Our client, a fast-growing distribution & logistics company, relied heavily on manual processes for order dispatch, delivery coordination and payment handling. This lack of automation was slowing growth and affecting customer satisfaction.

Sales teams, dispatch managers and drivers worked on different records which was causing miscommunication, delays and limited accountability during delivery execution.

Manual Order & Payment Tracking

Orders and payments were logged manually often after delivery which led to frequent data mismatches, reconciliation errors and delayed financial reporting.

No Real-Time Delivery Visibility

Master Data Setup

With master file setup, our client can manage centralized products and databases to make sure faster and error-free order entry. Products include codes, categories, rates and statuses. Clients are mapped with multiple delivery addresses, assigned product lists and default billing settings all for smooth B2B & Retail workflows.

Automated Order Management

When a Confirm Order is placed, the system automatically fetches correct pricing based on client rate lists. Users select the appropriate delivery address and the order instantly moves into the Pending Dispatch stage for processing which minimizes manual dependency.

Dispatch Workflow Automation

With a centralized Pending Dispatch screen, managers can efficiently schedule deliveries and allocate drivers. Instant mobile notifications help to make sure that drivers are fully informed and ready which results in quicker dispatching and improved delivery accuracy.

Delivery Execution & Payment Recording

At the client location, drivers can update delivery status and record Cash, UPI or Cheque payments on the spot. All entries sync will directly into the client ledger for accurate balances and timely financial posting.

Instant Retail Fulfillment

Retail (B2C) orders are now easily processed through an automated workflow that auto processes dispatch assignments. Once the order is placed, it is auto updates all processes which reduces handling time and speeds up retail operations.

Client Ledger & Financial Reports

A detailed client-wise ledger tracks help to see opening balances, transactions, order-level collections and closing balances. Summary reports include client, driver and vehicle-wise performance insights for better operational and financial control.
